Support Offered
At Faith on the Spectrum, we believe inclusion isn’t just about opening doors, it’s about creating environments where everyone feels seen, supported, and able to thrive.
Our programs are designed to meet people where they are, offering both immediate support and long-term connection for individuals with autism, sensory sensitivities, and other unseen disabilities.
Buddy Program
One-on-one volunteers provide guidance and encouragement during faith and community activities, ensuring every participant feels comfortable and included. From single-day support to long-term Special Interest Buddies, these relationships foster confidence, connection, and joy.
Dedicated Sensory Spaces
We help create calming sensory rooms where individuals can take a break, self-regulate, and rejoin activities when ready. These thoughtfully designed spaces promote comfort, safety, and inclusion in faith-based and community settings.
Sensory-Friendly Events
From Easter Egg Hunts to Touch-a-Truck days, our sensory-friendly events are designed for everyone to join the fun—complete with support zones, quiet areas, and sensory-aware adjustments that make celebration accessible for all.
