Meet The Inspiration

Faith on a Spectrum started as something deeply personal. After my son asked a simple question about God, I realized he wasn’t receiving the spiritual lessons he deserved and this was not because of his faith, but because the space around him wasn’t built to include him. So many families are facing the same challenges—missing out on events or having to leave early because their loved ones weren’t supported.

What began with the family and friends of one child grew into a mission to help all individuals on the autism spectrum feel included, supported, and empowered—especially in faith-based and community spaces. We believe everyone deserves the chance to grow in their faith, experience community, and truly belong.

I also experienced a stroke and seizures, which gave me a whole new understanding of invisible disabilities. These days, I rely on help in ways I never did before. And while I live with new limits, I also remember clearly what it was like when I didn’t have them. In many ways, that gives me the best of both worlds, I can relate to the need for support, and I still carry the perspective of someone who once didn’t need it in the ways I do today. That balance fuels my passion and helps me serve with more empathy and purpose.

Faith on a Spectrum is for all faiths and all families. If you have faith, we support you. Our work is rooted in love, understanding, and the belief that small, intentional support can make a lasting difference. This isn’t just a program, we are making a movement toward full inclusion and we need your. It takes a Village!

The boy, wearing a striped hoodie with a name tag that says 'BLAIZE', is sticking out his tongue and smiling. There are autumn-themed stickers on the table and a small basket with more stickers inside.
